She has spent the last 14 years monetizing innovation and helping businesses that can benefit society to grow. Marianne is currently engaged in more than 300 HealthTech companies.

Ann-Tove is an Investment Director at Investinor, leading the investment team for Health Investment (pharma/biotech, med tech and digital health investments). During her career, Kongsnes has gained extensive experience from investments, development, M&A, IPO’s and exits of technology companies.

Masha has extensive experience within the field of Healthcare, both from the scientific and the financial standpoints. She has been involved with a number of companies in the sector, developing strategy and value proposition and has made several investments with startups in the Medtech and Biotech sector. She was awarded a Rhodes scholarship and completed her D.Phil. in Genetics at Oxford University.

Katherine is an Investment Professional with Hadean Ventures, responsible for deal sourcing, Due Diligence and management of active investments. She brings deep commercial insight and international experience in San Francisco, London and now Oslo with prior roles in strategy consulting, corporate development and investment banking.

Lourens is a Board Advisor, investor and builder, working with exceptional Life Sciences & Healthcare Ventures. He is the Co-founder of Additio Investment Group, and Chairman of LSHAccess Foundation. Additio Investment Group is a global syndicate of Healthcare industry investors that invest in and support high-integrity entrepreneurs with the potential to build great businesses.

Jeremy is CFO in Pubgene, Head of Investor Relations in Norway Health Tech and Head of Operations in NHIN. He has a strong history of assisting companies of different sizes, sectors and stages to establish themselves, grow, and exit - both as an investor and operationally. He has experience with accelerators, international transactions and venture capital. Jeremy is an active participant in the Nordic health investor ecosystem.

Mari is Special Advisor for International Marketing and Place Branding in the Oslo Region Alliance. The alliance is a collaboration of 64 municipalities with a goal to strengthen the Oslo region internationally as a competitive and sustainable region. Mari works specifically on the marketing and branding of Oslo and the region as a great place to invest, study, work, visit and live.

Ånen (PhD) is a Partner and Health Care Director in Rud Pedersen Public Affairs. He has previously worked with strategic market access in the Norwegian Pharmaceutical Association. He has also worked extensively on issues related to priority setting as a civil servant in the National Institute of Public Health, The Directorate of Health, and The Ministry of Health and Care Services.

Pål is a Partner in Rud Pedersen Public Affairs. He is former State Secretary in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and has held different positions in the Norwegian Parliament and in the Norwegian Agency for Development Cooperation. He is advising a wide array of Norwegian and international companies on the local market on matters related to government affairs, corporate strategy and reputation management.

Jannik is a Senior Advisor & Head of US Life Sciences for Innovation Norway in New York. Jannik is a seasoned Management Consultant bridging commercial and governmental interests, building networks and relationships with key accounts and investors in the US pharmaceutical and health tech market.

Ellen is the CEO of the Norwegian Venture Capital and Private Equity Association, which represent the seed, venture and buyout funds in Norway.

Vibeke is the Head of Healthcare Danske Bank / Corporate Banking Norway. She is an experienced banker who is very passionate about the Healthcare sector. Vibeke is eager to help companies in the sector succeed by providing valuable advice and matchmaking.

Ylva is Partner and lawyer at Advokatfirmaet Thommessen. Ylva works with equity capital market transactions and M&A across various industries, assisting both listed and unlisted companies, investment banks and private equity/venture capital firms. She has extensive experience with investments in start-ups, both from the investor side and from the company side.

She has been operational in, invested in and founded several enterprise software companies in data intensive industries. She has worked with building companies and teams across all continents, and was the CEO for Dele Health Tech from Feb 2019 to April 2022. She holds an MBA and CFA.
